These houses were built by hand, over years, using stone from the island itself. The estate sits on a gentle slope — Mediterranean scrub giving way to a private path that leads to the water. Two independent villas share the grounds, each with its own character and privacy, yet part of one unspoiled whole.
This is not a managed property. It is a place made by someone who loves it.
Each villa operates independently — separate entrance, own terrace, private bathroom — but share the grounds and the sea access. Book one, or take both for a group of up to twelve.
The original — hand-laid stone walls, a covered terrace looking toward the water, a kitchen that opens onto the garden. Traditional materials, modern comfort.
Built with the same stone, the same care. A slightly different layout — larger living area, a rooftop terrace with open sky and sea views. Quieter setting, closer to the water.
Both villas share the estate grounds, the olive grove, and a cleared path to a private stretch of coastline. Saturday to Saturday. May through October.
August is spectacle. May and September are the island itself.
The scrub flowers. The water is still cool enough to be bracing. The island belongs to the people who live here. Restaurants have tables. Beaches have space.
Long days, warm sea, everything in full bloom. The first weeks of proper summer without the full weight of August crowds. School hasn't ended — families who know, come now.
The light changes. The sea is at its warmest. Restaurants still open, beaches still empty, ferries still running. This is the island at its best — unhurried, genuine, yours.
A handful of days at the end of the season. Still warm enough to eat outside. The last guests of the year are the ones who know what they're doing.
Rates are set per week, Saturday to Saturday. Inquire directly — no platform, no commission, no intermediary.
